2. Eligibility & Use
You must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent to use this website. You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes or transmit harmful code. Breach of terms may result in termination of services.
3. Products & Descriptions
All products are handmade to order. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. We reserve the right to make changes to product specifications without prior notice.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Full payment is required at checkout. In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel orders and issue refunds.
5. Orders & Amendments
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production begins. Full refunds are offered if cancelled prior to production. A fees apply fee applies to post-production cancellations.
6. Delivery
Delivery is available within mainland UK. Remote areas may incur extra charges or be excluded. Standard delivery is to the ground floor only. Assembly service is available upon request and includes up to two flights of stairs. Delivery dates are approximate. A fees apply redelivery fee applies for missed deliveries or failed access.
7. Returns & Cancellations
Bespoke items cannot be returned for change of mind. Faults must be reported within 48 hours. We must be allowed to inspect and repair issues. If refused, a 50% surcharge applies plus handling fees. Refunds will be issued minus any applicable fees.
8. Warranty
Bed frames are covered by a 10-year structural guarantee. All beds and mattresses carry a 5-year warranty against workmanship and material faults. Non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser. Does not cover misuse or accidental damage.
9. Consumer Rights
Bespoke, made-to-order items are not covered by standard consumer return rights unless faulty. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
10. Risk & Title
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership transfers upon full payment.
11. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure accurate measurements and clear access for delivery. Customers should lay floor protection as drivers cannot remove footwear.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased item. Your statutory rights remain intact.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of English courts.
14. Data Protection

15. Complaints & Disputes
